Born in Sendai City, Miyagi Prefecture, she is currently based in Sendai City.
Graduated from Tohoku Seikatsu Bunka University.
While attending university, she became interested in three-dimensional modeling, particularly the feel of carving wood, and began to produce mainly wood carving works.
At first, she mainly made works modeled on the rabbit she had, but as a result of what she learned at university and the willingness to challenge modeling other motifs, she started adding abstract shapes and elements of the human body.
In recent years, she has produced works with rabbit motifs and human motifs that have long ears like rabbits.

Artist Statement
She aims for a simple and quiet form by removing elements and information of big movements and emotions as much as possible so that the viewer can see the work in various ways depending on their feelings and situations at the time.
By using relative soft materials, such as magnolia obovata, I want the overall impression of the work to be soft but at the same time to be a little bit tense with a straight look of sight and the atmosphere.
