After studying space design at university, worked at a space design office.
Learned ceramic art in Kasama, Ibaraki Prefecture.
Currently based in Tokyo.

Artist Statement

How long can the “modern form” remain in the future?
I make works with the concept of “I want people in a thousand years to imagine a thousand years ago.”

The motif is a modern shape that I personally want to remain in the future.
We express the aging only by the technique of pottery such as glaze and gold color
that we have created through repeated research.
